AFM and FFT images of samples of polymer a) 2 and b) 3. a Sample 2: Irradiation with LPL for 60 min. Even though the structuring looks very weak, the FFT-image shows an anisotropy and ordered pattern with Λ=413 nm. b Sample 3: Irradiation for 60 min with linear polarization. The bump structures are very well pronounced and have an arrow-like structure. The bumps seem to be oriented, which is also confirmed by its FFT-image. Additionally, the arrow-like bumps are all oriented in the same direction
