I-P characteristics of the detector under study mounted in a cryostat using OPO2 (see Table 1). At ambient temperature (green squares), the transition between the linear and the non-linear regime is observed by increasing the incident optical power. At cryogenic temperature (80 K), there is no linear regime observable due to the freezing of SRH and PASRH processes, thus allowing a pure non-linear detection regime
