Comparison of the temperature spatial distribution at a height of 1.4 cm, respect to the base of the burner, for the 4OS experimental condition, obtained by the schlieren technique and the measurements done with the K type thermocouple. Both temperatures measurements are very similar considering the uncertainty bars associated to the values obtained using the thermocouple. The continuous line joining points measured with a thermocouple was obtained by interpolation and is only for eye-guide
